Christmas Crafting

There’s been plenty of Christmas crafting these past few weeks and now that most of it has gone out, I can finally share it with you.

We had to include Rambo in our Christmas card this year and couldn’t think of a better way than putting him on a little wee ornament. They were all hand printed with lyrics to Feliz Navidad on the back and was the very first ornament we hung this year with the little bugger by our side.

To celebrate his arrival…we also sent out scooby snack dog treats to all our friends who have little furry babies of their own. I sketched out a design and brought it to life with some help from the hubby, packaged them up in glassine bags and tied it together with a little help from some bakers twine. They were all shipped in boxes with wrapping paper  recycled from anthropologie catalogs. I hope our doggie friends enjoyed them!

We’re also seeing plenty of babies for the holidays this year so I decided to make some custom baby muslin bags. They didn’t exactly turn out so perfectly, but maybe they’ll get better with practice. These were super easy to make…I printed on some iron on transfers (remember to select mirror image on your printer) and voila…little baggies for the babies.

Are you crafting anything fun for the holidays this year? ‘Tis the season to be creative…

I didn’t realize you gocco’d the doggy treat bags. They’re adorable and love the touch of the baker’s twine.
